How does same-day porta potty delivery work?
Same-day porta potty delivery works when you call (707) 781-5591 before 12 PM. We confirm the address, unit and placement spot by phone, then send the nearest driver. Most Willits-area orders arrive within 3 to 5 hours, and you get a text when the truck is on the way.
Speed depends on where the trucks already are. Willits, Brooktrails and Redwood Valley sit on our daily routes, so those orders are the easiest to fit in. Fort Bragg, Covelo and Lake County take longer because the roads are slower, so call as early as you can.
Which orders qualify for same-day delivery?
Same-day delivery covers 1 to 4 standard porta potties, units with a sink, wheelchair-accessible units and hand-wash stations. Restroom trailers and orders of 5 or more units need at least 24 hours, because they require a second truck or a site check before setup.
| Where you are | Call by | Typical arrival |
|---|---|---|
| Willits, Brooktrails, Ridgewood Ranch | 12 PM | Same afternoon |
| Ukiah, Redwood Valley, Calpella, Laytonville | 12 PM | Same afternoon |
| Fort Bragg, Mendocino, Covelo, Hopland | 10 AM | Late afternoon |
| Lake County, Boonville, Garberville, Cloverdale | 10 AM | Same day when a truck is routed nearby, otherwise next morning |
| Healdsburg, Santa Rosa | Day before | Next morning |
Why do contractors call us same-day?
Contractors call for same-day porta potty delivery for three reasons: the regular supplier missed a drop-off, a Cal/OSHA or county inspector is due, or the crew grew overnight. California's Title 8 §1526 requires a jobsite toilet for every 20 workers, so a missing unit can stall a site.
See the 4-step same-day delivery story. Read the full jobsite rules on our construction porta potty page, or see the official Title 8 §1526 text from the California Department of Industrial Relations.
Same-day help for homeowners
Homeowners in Willits book same-day porta potties when a septic system backs up, a sewer line breaks, or the only bathroom is torn out mid-remodel. A standard unit on the driveway keeps the household running until the plumber finishes. Weekly cleaning is included if the repair takes longer than expected.
The home and septic repair page covers placement on driveways and lawns, and the cost guide explains rush fees line by line.
Book a same-day porta potty
Calling is the only way to lock a same-day slot. The form is fine for next-day orders and comes back with a text quote, usually within 15 minutes.
Same-day delivery questions
What is the cutoff for same-day porta potty delivery?
The cutoff is 12 PM, Monday through Saturday. Orders placed by noon for Willits, Brooktrails, Ukiah, Redwood Valley and Laytonville are usually delivered by 5 PM. Coast and Lake County orders placed by 10 AM have the best chance of a same-day slot.
Does same-day delivery cost extra?
Same-day delivery adds a rush fee, typically $75 to $125, because a driver leaves a planned route to reach you. Your quote shows the rush fee on its own line, and next-morning delivery removes it.
My regular supplier did not show up. Can you replace their unit today?
We replace no-show units for contractors every week. Tell us the address, crew size and how long the job runs. We bring a stocked unit today and can take over weekly service from there.
Can you deliver on a Sunday?
Sunday delivery is not on our regular schedule. For a Sunday event, the unit arrives on Friday or Saturday and stays through Monday at no extra rental charge.
What do I need ready before the truck arrives?
Have a clear, level spot within 25 feet of where the truck can park, an open gate or gate code, and a phone number for someone on site. A dropped map pin by text speeds up rural deliveries.
It is not too late for today.
Call before noon and we will tell you on the spot when the truck can arrive.
